Managing your own regional budget, you\u2019ll work closely with our schools and educational partners, managing the delivering of our groundbreaking projects in schools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As our Relationship Manager, your main priorities will be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To build and maintain strong and valued relationships with schools and education partners, understanding and managing their needs to a high level of satisfaction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To increase your client base and build new relationships with new school and education partners in your region.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To support, coach and develop a strong and motivated team of Health Mentors, equipped with the skills and confidence to deliver our innovative child-centred programmes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To manage programme delivery effectively and efficiently, achieving financial and social impact targets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To be committed to positively changing the lives of children and young people.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>As part of Evolve\u2019s Management Team, to contribute to achieving Evolve\u2019s mission, aims and objectives as a company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Essential experience for the role are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum of 3 years working within a related sector.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Having a successful track record of building and maintaining client relationships and ability to have positive interactions with all levels of clients, including Headteachers, Senior Leaders, C-level executives and Trustee Boards of schools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Successful experience with developing and building new relationships to increase revenue and profitability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience of inspiring, developing and performance managing staff.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficient administrative and organisational skills to manage a team of up to 16 staff<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Highly effective communication skills \u2013 verbal, written and presentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understanding of the needs and challenges faced by Primary and Secondary schools, Looked After Children, Pupil Referral Units and SEND children.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desirable requirements for the role are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experience of managing contracts and projects, with a focus on meeting quality, time and budget delivery targets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience of programme delivery, activity provision, sports coaching and\/or mentoring within an educational setting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of the UK Education sector, its operation, challenges and language.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We offer a competitive salary package, including a basic salary of \u00a332,500, a company pension scheme, performance related bonus, 25 days annual leave, flexible hybrid working hours, uniform package, health and wellbeing package and a rewards scheme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you think you could be our next Relationship Manager, we\u2019d love to hear from you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Please send your CV to rebecca@evolvesi.com, along with a covering letter, detailing why you are applying for the position and how you meet the requirements for the role.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Job Type: Full-time<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pay: \u00a332,500.00 per year<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Benefits:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Company pension<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Employee discounts and rewards scheme<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Health and wellbeing programme<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work from home, office and school locations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Supplemental Pay:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Performance bonus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Work Schedule:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>37.5 hours per week<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monday to Friday<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No weekends<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Experience:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Educational Environment: 2 years (required)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Work Location: Hybrid<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Expected start date: 16\/09\/2024<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are looking for a talented, passionate and values-driven candidate to become our next Relationship Manager responsible for our activity in London.
